Privacy
This site is published by Leo de Bruyn, trading as InStudio, 47 Avenue Hector Otto, 98000 Monaco (office@instudio.agency), who is responsible for the processing described below, under Monaco’s Law 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on personal data protection.
What we collect
- Your emails. When you write to us, we keep your message and your contact details to answer and, if we work together, to run the project. We don’t add you to any mailing list.
- Visit statistics. We do not measure visits yet. When we do, we will use Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
- Technical logs. Our host keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts and films are served from our own host, not from third parties.
How long we keep it
Messages that don’t lead to a project are deleted after two years. Project correspondence is kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to office@instudio.agency. If you think your rights are not respected, you can contact Monaco’s data protection authority, the APDP.
