The brief

Engel & Völkers Genova is the Genoa office of Engel & Völkers. From April 2024 we ran its content. Each month that meant photographing and filming the villas and apartments the agency was selling, around Genoa and along the Riviera di Levante, then turning them into Instagram posts and reels for the agency and its agents.

What we made

Each month we also drew up the editorial plan and made the graphics in the Engel & Völkers brand, which belongs to the franchise: our part was to apply its rules. Our drone films placed the homes in their setting.

How it came together

In April 2024 we photographed a house that was still a building site. The agency needed buyers to see it finished, so we finished the pictures in post-production.

For the terrace we used generative AI: in Adobe Firefly we made two versions of the same frame, one with a lawn and one with a pool.
